I started in construction in 1994 because I found it fascinating to take a pile of wood lumber and within a week or so, turn it into a house that would soon see a family move in and live their lives. After working on a frame crew that came back and did the trim work. I found myself preferring to do the finish work. I moved to finish Carpentry and learned how to install doors, windows, stairs, cabinets and trim in new-build homes. This led me towards remodeling and found myself doing additions along with kitchens/bathroom remodels. I built a house for a commercial contractor and he made me a nice offer to run his commercial wall/ceiling crew. We did tons of commercial and retail buildouts and branched into doors and cabinets. I stayed largely in commercial construction for the next decade plus until I decided to start my own business. Now we have moved towards door and windows installs but remodels have been a big part of my business. My Wife Kayleigh and I married in 2010 and started our family immediately. We have 4 children, 3 boys and a little girl. I also have 2 older children bringing my total to 6!
